Welcome To Hale Recordings!

Accompaniment Creation (BackTracks)

Using Finale I can create accompaniment parts that any instrument or voice can use for practicing or performance. The audio files created do not include the solo part and can be customized (tempo, etc.) to the performer's personal preference. The client must submit an original of the piece to be worked on. Photocopies, PDF or any other sort of copied files are not accepted. Handwritten projects will be accepted if the client can prove ownership of the piece. The original will be returned to the client upon completion of the project and payment is rendered. While I focus primarily on Trombone pieces, any other type of solo is welcome.

Samples of my current projects may be found here.

Scoring Services

We also offer the service of transcribing any hand written score and/or parts into a beautiful published score using Finale. Once completed, a printed copy of the score and the Finale file are given back to the client. Individual parts can be extracted and printed for an additional fee.

MIDI Sequences of original music may also be converted and printed using Finale. Please don't request that MIDI files of music classified as commercial be transcribed - unless you can prove ownership of the composition.

Proudly Using:

Analog To Digital Conversions

Audio Cassette To CD

I've had several clients present cassette recordings of conversations with family members that they wanted to preserve and everyone knows that having the files moved to a CD can make everlasting memories last much longer.

DC/VHS/VHS-C Conversion To DVD

I can also create DVD slide shows and movies of such things as children's events, vacations or just about anything that you have taken pictures of or recorded. These DVDs can then be copied and distributed to other family and loved ones. Please do NOT request videos recorded in BETA format be converted to DVD.

Rehearsal/Event Recording

Is your School, Church or other organization about to present a concert and you want to have an everlasting record of the performance? Allow our professional staff to record the event for you and never forget how great everything sounded. We can also provide additional CD's of your performance to hand out to anyone you wish.

What's the point of having a fantastic performance only to not be able to refer back to it in the future?

Written by Jim Hale

I know that this isn't so much recordings related but being that I own an iPhone, I thought it was interesting...

The Alliance

  • Will establish a simple route to market for developers and provide them with access to a customer base of over 3 billion customers.
  • aims to unite a fragmented marketplace by involving players from all related industries to create a community based on openness and transparency to the benefit of all.
  • believes our model presents the most compelling format on the market where developers will thrive and customers will reap the benefits of greater choice.

Who's Involved?

A number of the world’s leading telecommunications operators and device manufacturers are launching an open global alliance, that will establish a simple route to market for developers and provide access to the latest and widest range of innovative applications and services to as many customers as possible worldwide.

Together, we have signed a memorandum of understanding with the aim of building an environment or ’wholesale applications community’ where innovative applications can be developed irrespective of device or technology.

The new alliance, which represents more than three billion customers worldwide is inviting players from across the ICT industry, not only operators and developers, but also handset manufacturers and internet players to join forces to create an initiative based on openness and transparency. We believe this model presents the most compelling format on the market where developers will thrive and customers will reap the benefits of greater choice. Furthermore, the GSMA is supporting this initiative.
